Leaking Vestel Termosiphon Nightmare! Unresolved After Replacement

I bought a thermosiphon from the Vestel dealership in Alaçatı. However, after a few months, it started leaking water from the bottom. They claimed the tank was pierced and replaced the product. But the new one started dripping water from the bottom as well. It was cooling the water too quickly. The service came and went without doing anything. They kept us waiting until the warranty expired. There are dozens of phone calls recorded in the system. They claimed the part had been replaced. Despite all conversations being recorded, when we threatened legal action, they shamelessly said, "Yes, the part has been replaced," but then admitted, "No, it hasn't." The responsible service manager tried to prove that the device had been tampered with by making up stories. We didn't allow them to touch the device. Some very strange games are being played. Vestel is not the Vestel we once knew. They definitely don't stand behind their product. They try various tricks to avoid taking responsibility for their defective product.
