Optmar Optik Denies Promised Replacement for Defective Kids' Versace Glasses

About three months ago, we purchased a pair of Versace glasses for my child from Optmar Optik. Despite using them for a very short time, the silicone piece near the front lens broke. Experiencing such a defect so quickly with a global brand like Versace was highly disappointing.

The real problem, however, began when we went to the store. During our first visit, we were explicitly promised that the glasses would be replaced with a new pair. But when we were called back to the store later, they went back on their word, stating that an exchange would not be provided and they would only repair the frame by attaching a new silicone piece. Later on, they called us again to say, "Your glasses are ready." When we took time out of our day to go pick them up, we found out the product wasn't actually ready and we had made the trip for nothing.

We are extremely dissatisfied with the product breaking so quickly, the unfulfilled promises, and the completely unprofessional customer service we experienced. I demand that our Versace glasses be replaced with a brand-new pair as initially promised, and I expect our frustration throughout this ordeal to be addressed. I absolutely do not recommend this store.
