Versace Sunglasses Arrived Damaged and Unresolved After Return

I purchased a pair of Versace sunglasses, which arrived beautifully packaged and without any visible shipping damage. The package included a note stating that once the attached lock was removed, the product could not be returned. Excited to try them, I removed the lock and wore the glasses immediately, but unfortunately, I overlooked inspecting them thoroughly beforehand.

After removing the lock, I noticed a scratch on the right side of the glasses. While it seemed minor, given the high price, I did not feel it was acceptable to ignore. When I contacted the company, I was informed that returns or exchanges were not possible due to the lock removal, but I was given a shipping code to send the item back for evaluation.

The sunglasses were returned to me with no improvement to the damage. In fact, they seemed to have additional issues upon their return. I am requesting a full exchange for this defective item as the current condition is not acceptable for such a premium product. I hope the company resolves this matter promptly and honors their brand reputation.
