I purchased a Versace eyeglass frame in February 2024, but it has been causing severe discomfort behind my ears since the beginning. In just six months, I have visited the store four times, yet no permanent solution has been provided. The store staff only adjust the frame manually and tell me to return if the issue persists. However, the pain keeps coming back.
In July, I took the glasses to Atasun Optik at Antalya 5M Migros, where I originally purchased them. They sent the frame for inspection, but the problem remains unresolved. I am tired of dealing with this issue, yet I cannot simply stop wearing my glasses as they have prescription lenses.
I demand a proper replacement with a frame that fits my prescription lenses, without causing pain. Versace and Atasun Optik must take responsibility and provide a lasting solution.
