Hugo Boss Glasses from Atasun Optik Broke at Hinge – Weak Frame, No Warranty Support

I purchased Hugo Boss glasses from Atasun Optik, and despite careful use, they broke at the hinge while I was simply wearing them. There was no pressure, no impact, yet the frame snapped, proving how fragile and low-quality the material is.

This is clearly a manufacturing defect, yet Atasun Optik refuses to acknowledge it under warranty, falsely claiming it is user damage. I expected a premium, durable product, but instead, I got a weak frame that couldn’t even withstand normal use.

Atasun Optik, honor your warranty! If you sell branded products, you should stand by their quality. Customers, beware—don’t trust their so-called "guarantee" because they won’t take responsibility!
