Vbettr Account Suspension Complaint Unresolved

I have been a member of the Vbettr website for about five years. One day ago, while I was playing a slot game, I was suddenly logged out of my account, and when I tried to log back in, I received a message saying “customer blocked.” My old email address was b*******@gmail.com**, and customer service asked me to provide a new email address, so I sent them 0**********@gmail.com**. However, my new email address is also not being accepted, and I am unable to access my account.

I have experienced a similar issue in the past, during which I submitted the necessary verification documents and my account was successfully reopened. This time, however, customer service keeps creating obstacles, fails to offer a clear solution, and refuses to reactivate my account.

There is currently a balance of approximately $181 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my money or access my account in any way. I request that Vbettr immediately resolve this issue, restore my account access, and refund my remaining balance as soon as possible.
