I Paid ₹1,000 Through PhonePe for Goa Game but Never Received My Purchase

On 19/06/2026, I made a payment of 1000 rupees from my PhonePe account for a purchase in the Goa game. The scanner in the game showed the payment as successful and the amount of 1000 rupees was deducted from my PhonePe balance, but I did not receive the service or item I paid for in the game. I have the payment details and transaction reference in my PhonePe history that clearly show that the 1000 rupees were taken from my account, yet there is no corresponding purchase or benefit in my Goa game account. I have not been able to get this corrected within the game. Since I have paid but not received the service, I kindly and urgently request that my 1000 rupees be returned to my PhonePe account as soon as possible.
