I Accidentally Sent ₹400 Through FamPay and the Recipient Refuses to Return It
I made a wrong payment today through the FamPay wallet, and the amount was mistakenly sent to another person. The transaction ID of this payment is FMPIB5889624088 and the amount involved is ₹400. I am using FamPay from Uttar Pradesh. After realizing the mistake, I tried to contact the person who received the money, but they are not cooperating and are misbehaving with me by using rude, harsh and abusive language. This behaviour has made the situation even more distressing for me. I have also raised a complaint against this person because of their abusive conduct. I have tried to reach FamPay customer support regarding this issue, but I am not receiving any response. I kindly request you to urgently look into this wrong wallet transaction, take appropriate action regarding the abusive behaviour of the recipient, and help me get my ₹400 refunded to my FamPay account.
