Vbet Balance Missing After Withdrawal Attempt and No Support Response
I attempted to withdraw funds from my Vbet account, but the money disappeared during the transaction. The amount was deducted from my Vbet balance, yet it never reached my bank account, and it also hasn’t been refunded back to my Vbet wallet. As of now, my account shows zero balance, and I have no access to the missing money.
I tried contacting live support but couldn’t reach anyone. I also sent an email to Vbet’s support team, but I have yet to receive any response. This delay is deeply frustrating, especially because I urgently need to access my funds.
I demand an immediate investigation and resolution. My money must either be deposited to my bank account or returned to my Vbet balance without further delay.
I wanted to make a transaction on the Vbet site, I had problems before and the same issue happened again. I deposited 100 TL to the site, the money appeared on the site and then disappeared after 30 seconds. Customer service blocked me and closed my account. Be careful, if you are going to place bets, do it on official sites.
