I Got Banned from Valorant with Error Code VAL 43—Need Help Recovering My Account

When I try to log in to Valorant, I keep getting error code VAL 43, and I have no idea how to fix it. I strongly suspect that this happened because while I was away from my PC—possibly in the shower—my younger sibling used my account without permission and something led to my account getting banned.

I’ve never used any third-party software or violated Riot's terms. I’ve spent both time and money on this account, and it’s extremely upsetting to be locked out due to something beyond my control.

I’m asking Riot to please review this situation carefully and help me lift the ban. I truly want to get back to playing legitimately and responsibly. Please do what’s necessary to resolve this.
