91Club Has Not Credited My ₹4,525 UPI Deposit

On 13 June 2026 at around 08:41 PM, I made a UPI payment of ₹4,525 to add balance to my 91Club game wallet. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 91Club wallet. The UPI transaction reference (UTR) for this payment is 208391623307. After noticing that the money did not appear in my wallet, I contacted 91Club support. They informed me that the documents I provided are under verification by the bank and asked me to wait longer, stating that this process is necessary for security and integrity. However, despite this response, the amount is still missing from my wallet, and the delay has become very inconvenient. I request that 91Club urgently verify this transaction and credit the ₹4,525 to my 91Club wallet as soon as possible.
