Unjust Ban on Inactive Valorant Account for Alleged Third-Party Software

My Valorant account, which I haven’t accessed in a long time, has been banned due to alleged third-party software use. I've submitted support tickets three times, but the issue remains unresolved. The irony is that I’ve never used cheats, and there’s absolutely no cheating software on my computer. If I intended to cheat, why would I risk an account I’ve invested money into? I could easily create a new account if that were the case. This unfair ban needs immediate investigation, as it's frustrating to face consequences for something I haven’t done. Riot Games, please review this case thoroughly and lift the ban on my account.
