I Can’t Log Into My Valorant Account After Update But My Brother Can on Same PC

I’ve been a long-time Valorant player and have invested thousands of ₺ in my account over the years. However, ever since the latest patch, I haven’t been able to log into my own account on my computer. What’s frustrating is that my brother can log into his account on the same device without any issues—so the problem is clearly not on my end.
I've tried everything—restarting, reinstalling, checking network settings. Still, nothing. Even worse, I can't submit a support ticket because the Riot support site seems to be broken or constantly crashing. I’m stuck in limbo, locked out of my own account with no help in sight.
Riot, I need immediate assistance. I have proof of ownership and transaction history, and I demand access to my account be restored. This is unacceptable treatment of a loyal player. Please fix this now.
