IQScore.ME - Unauthorized Subscription And Multiple Charges

232

I am writing regarding iqscore.me and an unfair subscription trap that has led to unauthorized charges on my ZA Card. On June 3, 2026, I used their website from Hong Kong to take a one-time IQ test and paid for that single service only. At no point did I consent to any ongoing subscription or membership. Despite this, iqscore.me set up a recurring charge on my ZA Card without my authorization. I later discovered multiple payments that I never approved, including HKD 119.80 charged on June 3, 2026 and HKD 119.76 charged on June 6, 2026. These charges are completely unexpected and were made without my knowledge or permission, so I consider them fraudulent and a deceptive subscription practice. I have already contacted my bank, ZA Bank, to dispute these transactions. However, I request that iqscore.me immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment associated with my card and provide a full refund of all unauthorized charges. I also expect a clear explanation of how a recurring subscription was created when I only intended to make a one-time purchase. This complaint is submitted by me, Mak Yee M**, as the affected customer, and I request that this matter be resolved urgently.

I have the same problem with this company. How can you cancel it and get your money back? Plus stopping the subscriptions.
