I Got Banned from Valorant Without Using Cheats—Please Review and Remove the Ban

I’m a student and only able to play Valorant by saving from my limited allowance. I’ve never cheated in any game, and I was shocked to find out yesterday that my account was suddenly banned, with the reason given as “use of third-party software.”

I can say with absolute certainty that there is no cheat software on my computer—not for Valorant or any other game. I live in a dorm and use restricted internet just to have some fun during my free time. I even subscribed to a VPN to stabilize the connection, which I haven’t fully paid off yet.

Getting banned after making such an effort to enjoy the game has been incredibly upsetting. I kindly ask Riot Games to carefully re-review my case and lift the ban. I’ve put time, money, and emotional energy into this account, and I deserve fair treatment.
