91 Club Rejected My Complaints but Never Resolved My Missing Deposit

I deposited 2000 rupees through the Deip / 91-clubgame.org system, but the money has still not been credited to my account. Despite the payment being deducted from my side, the balance is not showing, and I have been facing this issue for a considerable time. To resolve this, I have raised complaints at least 10 times through their complaint section, but each time my complaint is shown as rejected and no proper explanation or solution has been given. I have not received any support or clear response about where my money has gone. I request that the missing 2000 rupees be immediately credited back to my account, or the amount should be properly refunded without any further delay, and I would like a clear explanation of why my complaints were repeatedly rejected.
