"Due to VakıfBank collecting the entirety of my salary deposited into my bank under the name of partial delay payment, and collecting an amount exceeding the legally determined 1/4 proportion, which is unacceptable and even surpasses the amount necessary for my right to live and subsist, I have been left aggrieved and embarrassed both at my workplace and in front of my family, and my dignity has also been damaged. It is a common situation that contracts, prepared over many lengthy pages and with important clauses written in small print and presented digitally, are signed under pressure, with the signatory feeling compelled to sign quickly to complete the process. The inclusion of unfavorable contract clauses hidden among pages solely for this reason is unlawful. The automatic payment order and the collection of my entire salary on the digital contract, presented over many pages without obtaining a written statement that I have personally read and accepted it, is completely illegal. This situation was acknowledged by the bank upon my complaint, and due to an automatic payment order that I was not even aware of and was involuntarily issued on my behalf, the bank collected my entire salary in violation of the 1/4 proportion stipulated by law for the right to live. I request the correction of this situation and the return of my full salary, which was deducted from my account due to the automatic payment order that was opened without my consent and later canceled by the bank upon my complaint. If the refund is not made, I request to be informed of the reason why it cannot be processed, and I state that I will pursue this process legally and by all lawful means."
