İş Bankası Withdrew Money from My Salary Without Authorization
I am a salary customer at İş Bankası, and my salary is under garnishment. Each month, they automatically deduct one-fourth of my salary before depositing the rest, which is the legal procedure. However, any additional deductions beyond this are completely unlawful. Today, just one minute after my salary was deposited, they withdrew ₺8,117.93 through clearing, claiming it was for debt collection. Since it is the weekend, the customer representative could not provide any information and instead told me to call during the week to speak with the legal follow-up team. I will not accept this under any circumstances. That money was what I had left to cover my living expenses, and they took it as well. I will take all necessary legal action because they know very well that they have no right to do this. I request an immediate refund of the amount withdrawn without causing me any further trouble.

I have never seen a worse bank than İş Bankası, I advise you to stay away. Customer representatives, headquarters, branches, is everything bad? Yes, everything is bad. They illegally deducted from my salary, and then I couldn't get any results from anyone I tried to discuss this with. I submit documents to the branch, saying they need to go to the region urgently, 2 days pass electronically, nothing gets sent. I talk to the headquarters, no result. The customer representative can't even represent themselves, they have no qualifications or ability to resolve anything, they just leave you hanging like a dog. So stay away from this bank, take it from me, you'll regret it.
