YouTube Channel Terminated for Copyright Infringement

I am contacting you regarding the permanent termination of my YouTube channel and to respectfully request a final review and full reinstatement of the same channel. My channel, named “Vighnesh B***” (URL: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCACUdTJ585-GbmReQQo-pgA), registered with the email address vighneshb***[email protected], was terminated on 13 October 2021 due to copyright infringement. I later received an email from the YouTube team stating that, because the channel was removed for copyright infringement, my appeal could not be processed and that I should refer to the YouTube Copyright Center. I sincerely apologize for the mistakes I made that led to this outcome. At that time, I did not fully understand how strictly copyright and Community Guidelines are enforced, and I take full responsibility for this lack of understanding. After the strikes appeared, I tried many times to contact the copyright owners directly by email and messages (well over 100 attempts), but unfortunately I never received any reply or retraction from them. Building this channel was my biggest dream and I invested all my time, effort, and passion into it. The termination of the channel has been emotionally very difficult for me and has also affected my parents, who have always supported my goal of becoming a successful creator on YouTube. Knowing that my own mistake caused this situation has been devastating. Since the termination, I have spent a lot of time learning about YouTube’s Community Guidelines, copyright rules, and fair use. I have clearly understood what I did wrong and what is not allowed. If you give me one more chance and reinstate my channel, I commit that all my future content will be fully original and 100% compliant with YouTube’s policies, and that I will immediately remove or edit any content that could raise a copyright or policy concern. I respectfully ask you to kindly reconsider the decision and grant me one final opportunity by reinstating my original channel. I am ready to follow every rule carefully so that I can continue creating on YouTube in a safe and compliant way. Thank you very much for your time and for reconsidering my case.
