Garanti BBVA Deleted My Bonus Without Informing Me

On August 14, 2025, I purchased a guaranteed Bonus credit card from the Adana Atatürk Branch, and a ₺2,000 bonus was loaded onto my card as part of the campaign. However, I was never informed that this bonus would only be valid for one month, and Mr. Ç*** specifically did not provide me with this information. On September 17, 2025, I discovered that my bonus had been deleted. I made a purchase without knowing this and was embarrassed at the checkout when I found out I no longer had any bonus funds, which also caused me financial loss. When I contacted customer service, they said there was nothing they could do and offered no solution. My customer number is 13253483, and my card is still actively in use. Since I did not receive any written or verbal notification about the bonus expiry, I request that my deleted bonus be reloaded.
