US Polo Assn. Sneakers Wear Out Fast!
I purchased a pair of men's sports shoes from the U. S. Polo Assn. mobile app, and after just 2-3 months of use, both shoes developed tears and deformations in the exact same spots. I sent the product for a return on 09.12.2023 via courier, and it was delivered to the store on 11.12.2023. However, there has been no information provided about the process since then. On 06.01.2024, upon receiving the shoes back via courier, I learned from the courier that my return request was rejected. The rejection stated that the tears, occurring in the same spots on both shoes, were user-induced, not a fault of the brand. Despite contacting customer service three times within a month, representatives, including the representative's name, offered no assistance or resolution. Frustrated by the lack of support and the brand not standing behind its product, I am taking the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
