Jack Wolfskin Shoes Tore Within 2 Months – Requesting Refund

On July 4, 2024, I purchased a pair of Jack Wolfskin shoes for ₺4800. However, in less than two months, the shoes developed tears on both the right and left upper sides. I reported the issue to the store where I bought them, and they sent the shoes to the company for inspection. Unfortunately, the response was that it was not a manufacturing defect, and the shoes were returned to me without any resolution. I am deeply disappointed with this outcome, especially considering the high price I paid for a supposedly durable product. I intend to escalate this complaint to Jack Wolfskin's headquarters in Germany. I expect the company to take responsibility and offer a refund or replacement for this defective product.
