Urban Outfitters Order Stuck - Identity Error & No Refund

Last week, I placed an order with Urban Outfitters. After the product was shipped, I received an email and link from Aramex, stating that my identity information was required for customs clearance. However, when I tried to input the details, I encountered an error and couldn't complete this step. Upon speaking with Aramex and UPS, I was informed that the seller, Urban Outfitters, was responsible for entering the identity information. Unfortunately, my email exchanges with them didn't yield any support, and the product was returned.
Subsequently, I repurchased the same item. I received notification that my product was shipped two days ago, yet I'm facing the same problem during the customs clearance information input stage. When I spoke with Aramex representatives, they again indicated that the solution lies with Urban Outfitters and advised me to contact them. However, I had already reached out to Urban Outfitters before receiving this response. They mentioned that they would respond within 3-7 business days, but the refund process begins before this period elapses. Despite my urgent request for assistance via email, Urban Outfitters fails to provide any resolution.
This isn't my first international purchase, and I've never encountered such an identity verification problem before, but for some reason, Urban Outfitters refuses to accept my identity information, despite entering it accurately. I urgently need support.
