Urban Outfitters Order Canceled But Refund Not Processed


On October 7, 2023, I ordered a pair of shoes from Urban Outfitters using my credit card. The amount was initially charged to my account as a pending transaction, but the order was later canceled by the company. However, the charge remained on my bank statement. I contacted my bank, and they told me that the money had been transferred to Urban Outfitters and that I needed to contact the company with the authorization code. I contacted Urban Outfitters, and they said that the money had not been received and that the authorization code was no longer valid.
I have repeatedly sent them all the necessary documentation, including my bank statements, but they have not taken any concrete steps to resolve the issue. I have been in debt for two months now without receiving the product. Most recently, they asked me for a copy of my bank statement, but they claimed that they could not see a transaction from their company, even though it was clearly labeled "Local Urban Outfitters."
I feel that Urban Outfitters has not done anything to resolve the issue and that they have even been mocking me at times.
