My Prada Online Return Delayed Due to Courier Error
On October 18, I purchased a pair of Loafer shoes from Prada’s official website and would like to return them. In accordance with the return policy, I emailed the designated address and provided the pickup location, following all the instructions. However, a courier was sent only once, and even then, they went to my home address instead of the address I specified.
I have not been asked to pay any additional fees so far, but since the pickup has not been redirected correctly, I am unable to initiate the return process. I submitted my return request within the first week after receiving the product, well before the return window expired.
I expect the package to be collected and my refund to be issued before the return period ends. I am concerned that the delay could cause my return to be rejected. I urgently request a solution.
