I purchased the 3-in-1 tonic from Urban Care from an online shop. My order has arrived, but upon the first spray, I noticed a different smell, similar to an unpleasant hair spray used in hair salons. The previous products I have used had hardly any scent. When I complained to the seller: Question: "This product is significantly different from my previous purchases and has a strong smell. The other products I bought had hardly any scent. I feel somewhat deceived." Answer: "Hello, the smell can vary with the newer batches of our deliveries. You can use the product without any concerns. We wish you a healthy day." Is it normal to have such differences? I would appreciate clarification.
