Urban Care Shake N Repair Keeps Exploding

Because I love using it so much, my friends gifted me six bottles of Urban Care Shake N Repair Curl Hair Mousse, and I’ve also purchased several more myself over time. Unfortunately, every single one of them exploded on its own before I could even use them. The bursts damaged nearby items and even made some of them unusable.

This issue has been happening to me consistently for the past two years, even though I’ve purchased the products from different stores such as Gratis, Watsons, and Trendyol. I have never had this problem with other Urban Care mousse products or with any other brands, even when those products were stored in the same place for a long time.

In total, I’ve had to throw away around 10 bottles because of this issue. Despite that, I’ve kept buying them because I genuinely like the product—though only a few bottles worked properly, and I was able to finish those without issue. The one in the attached photo started dispensing foam by itself the moment I opened it, making it another unusable product. Thankfully, this time it happened while I was holding it, so it didn’t spread and damage anything around it.

I no longer have the receipts or invoices for these products.

I am requesting either a refund or replacement for the defective items, on the condition that this problem will not occur again. I would also appreciate a clear explanation from Urban Care regarding this recurring issue and how it will be prevented in the future.
