On November 2, 2025, I purchased the Urban Care Style Guide Elastic Curl Hair Mousse from a Boldy store. From the very first moment I tried to use it, the product did not dispense any foam at all—only liquid leaked from the cap. After doing some research online, I found that many other customers have experienced the same issue with this product.
I emailed Selen Kozmetik regarding the problem, but never received a response. I no longer have the purchase receipt, so I cannot provide an order or invoice number. However, since the product is completely unusable, I’ve been left disappointed and inconvenienced.
I request that a new replacement product be sent or that I receive a full refund. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
