Shinyforce Ignoring Customer Messages About Missing Order

On March 5, 2026, I placed an order through Shinyforce with order number 42264 and paid approximately $58 in total. However, the items in this order have still not been shipped and have not been delivered to me.

Even though I contacted Shinyforce to report the issue, I have not received any response. The products have not been shipped, and no information has been provided about the process.

I request that my items be shipped and delivered to me immediately, or that the full amount of $58 be refunded to me without any deductions.
