Shiny Force Order Stuck on “Created” With No Shipping

I placed an order for a cardigan on March 4 through Shiny Force, order number 42137. However, as of today, March 18, I still have not received my order. The order status still shows as “created,” and there has been no shipping activity at all.

The product was supposed to be delivered within 1 to 7 days, but even though I am located in Istanbul, this timeframe has already passed. Despite calling multiple times and reaching out via WhatsApp, I have not received any response—no one answers the phone or replies to messages.

I request that my cardigan order be shipped immediately and delivered to me as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear and detailed information regarding the process.
