On January 21, 2025, I provided my UPTION Euro IBAN account to a friend in Belgium, who sent me 150€. However, despite 24 hours passing, the money has still not arrived in my account.
I have used other applications and services for similar transactions, and the money typically arrives within 10 minutes. But with UPTION, there seems to be an unreasonable delay with no explanation.
This is completely unacceptable for a financial service. I demand an immediate resolution and for my money to be credited to my account without further delay. I expect urgent assistance in resolving this issue.
