I used the Uption app to send Turkish ₺ to Uzbekistan, but the recipient never received the money. However, when the recipient checked with their bank using the Uption reference code, the bank confirmed no transaction took place and no money arrived. This is a huge disappointment and has caused serious stress. Uption, please investigate this issue immediately and ensure my money reaches the recipient safely. I expect a prompt resolution and full transparency because this kind of failure damages your credibility and hurts your customers.
