I Sent Money via Uption to Uzbekistan but Money Never Reached Recipient

I used the Uption app to send Turkish ₺ to Uzbekistan, but the recipient never received the money. When I contacted Uption customer service, they insisted the payment was completed and the recipient should be able to access the funds. However, when the recipient checked with their bank using the Uption reference code, the bank confirmed no transaction took place and no money arrived. This is a huge disappointment and has caused serious stress. Uption, please investigate this issue immediately and ensure my money reaches the recipient safely. I expect a prompt resolution and full transparency because this kind of failure damages your credibility and hurts your customers.
