I Face Inaccessible Account Verification and Card Delivery Issues on Uption

I created an account on the Uption platform, hoping to use its services smoothly. However, I was never able to use my account because it has been stuck in the verification process from the very beginning. Although the system claims that my card has been delivered, I have not received any physical card at my address.
After realizing that the service was not functioning properly, I decided to close my account. Unfortunately, I could not reach Uption’s customer service despite multiple attempts. I do not wish to remain active on an application that I never used and that does not fulfill its basic service commitments.
This situation has caused emotional frustration and wasted my time. I explicitly request the immediate closure of my Uption account and the cancellation of any pending card transactions.
