I Opened a Uption Account by Mistake and Now I Can’t Get It Deleted

Today, I accidentally opened a Uption account. Realizing my mistake, I immediately reached out through the form provided on the platform and also sent an email to the support center requesting the account be closed. Despite my clear and prompt efforts, I received no response whatsoever. Instead, I was shocked to get a message saying that my card had already been shipped via courier—as if everything was proceeding normally. I never asked for the card, never intended to use the account, and I certainly don’t want to be forced into using a service I didn’t commit to. I simply want this account permanently deleted. For a financial platform, the lack of response and consent-based control is alarming. Uption must take immediate action to delete my account and confirm that no card or service will be activated without my clear approval.
