I Can’t Use My Uption Account Because the Agreement Approval Is Still Pending

I recently opened a Uption account and completed all the necessary membership steps as instructed. The platform clearly stated that I would be able to use my account immediately after registration was finalized. However, despite finishing the entire process, the system still shows that my agreement approval is pending. As a result, I can’t access or use my account at all. This delay is completely unjustified and unacceptable for a financial service platform. I followed every step correctly and submitted all required information. Now I’m just stuck waiting without any updates or access. I urgently request that Uption approve my agreement and activate my account without further delay. This issue needs to be resolved immediately so I can begin using the service as promised.
