I submitted all the required and correct information to upgrade to an unlimited account on Uption, expecting the verification process to take a day at most. But it has now been over a month, and my account is still “under review” with no progress and no explanation.
This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially from a financial platform where speed and transparency should be standard. I’ve done everything on my part accurately and on time, yet I’ve been left waiting endlessly without any communication or resolution.
