Uption Still Hasn’t Approved My Account After 3 Days and Won’t Let Me Delete It

Hello, I opened a Uption account three days ago and completed all the required steps, including entering sensitive personal information and my ID details. Despite this, the system still shows that the agreement approval process is ongoing, and I can’t access or use my account. I’ve lost trust in the platform and simply want to delete my account—but there’s no option to do that myself. Why am I being forced to wait indefinitely, and why is there no way to cancel the account from my end? If anything goes wrong with the information I’ve submitted, the responsibility will fall entirely on Uption. I request that my account be either approved immediately or deleted entirely, and I expect written confirmation that my personal data will be securely removed.
