I Face Skyscanner Reservation Not Found And No Confirmation

In January, I purchased a flight ticket for the Edinburgh–Dublin route through Skyscanner and paid $64. Although the payment was successfully processed, I never received my ticket or any flight details.

The only information I have is the reservation number 735555810, but I cannot use this number anywhere in the system, and the booking does not appear to exist. Despite the payment being taken, there is no usable ticket, and I have not received any response or update regarding my purchase.

I am experiencing serious inconvenience due to this situation. I request that my ticket be issued and sent to me as soon as possible and that my issue be resolved without further delay.
