I Face eDreams Hidden Annual Membership After Free Trial

On March 13, I purchased a flight ticket through the eDreams website, and during the process, I was offered the Prime option to get a discounted price. I selected the 14-day free trial. However, when I tried to cancel before the trial ended, I saw a warning that I would lose the discount, so I assumed I could just pay for one month and continued.

Today, when I checked my account, I realized that I had been enrolled in a yearly subscription with a monthly charge of $11. I never explicitly requested or knowingly approved a one-year membership. Furthermore, when I attempt to cancel, I am shown messages stating that I will continue to be charged every month even after cancellation, which is causing serious inconvenience.

I completed this transaction from Turkey using my account registered with e*************@hotmail.com. I demand that this annual Prime subscription, which I believe was created without my clear consent, be canceled immediately and that no further charges be applied to me under any circumstances.
