I downloaded the Uption mobile app and registered over a month ago, but I still can’t complete any transactions. My account remains stuck in the contract approval process, and I have been unable to use the service at all.
A courier called me for document verification, and since I work during the day, I provided my workplace address. However, no one ever showed up. I even changed my address to see if it would speed up the process, but still, nothing happened.
Uption, what is taking so long? How can I complete my verification and start using my account? This delay is unacceptable, and I expect an immediate resolution. Please provide clear instructions on how to expedite this process!
