Uption Won’t Approve My Account and Won’t Let Me Delete It Either

I opened an account with Uption and completed all the required steps, including submitting my full personal and ID information. However, the system still says that the agreement approval process is “in progress.” It’s been too long, and nothing is moving forward. I’ve decided I no longer want to use the platform and simply want to delete my account—but there’s no option to do this myself through the website. This is extremely frustrating. I shouldn’t be forced to stay in a system that doesn’t approve my account but also won’t let me leave. If any misuse of my data or account occurs, Uption will be fully responsible. I’m demanding immediate action: either approve my account or delete it entirely and confirm its closure.
