Zara Shipment Shows Delivered by UPS but Never Reached My Address
My package from Zara, shipped by UPS Turkey under tracking number 1Z0235FR6869512905, shows as delivered in the system on June 4, 2026 — but I never actually received it. No one called me, and nothing was brought to my address.
When the branch contacted me regarding this shipment, which is handled out of the Istanbul Maltepe area, they told me the package had been delivered and that they had proof of delivery. However, they never shared any photo or document clearly showing where or to whom it was delivered. On top of that, the courier referred to as H****** never called me at any point. Since June 4, I have been unable to get my hands on a package containing approximately $39 worth of items, and Zara has been no help in resolving this either.
I am demanding that UPS Turkey tell me exactly who they handed my package to — or exactly where they left it — on Kınalıada, and that they locate the package and deliver it to me personally without further delay.
