UPS Marks Package as Delivered at 8 PM — But It Never Actually Arrived
A shipment sent via UPS Turkey in Ankara, under tracking number 1Z0J7W746800083454, shows as "delivered" in the system on June 12, 2026, at 8:20 PM — yet the package never reached me. The shipment was registered in my name and to my address, and it was sent using the standard delivery option.
I tried reaching UPS customer service about a package that is being marked as delivered when it clearly was not, but I cannot get through to anyone. I have received no information and no response whatsoever.
I am demanding that my package be located immediately and delivered to me in full. If that is not possible, I expect a full refund and compensation for the damages I have suffered. I also require clear, written communication from UPS explaining exactly what happened throughout this process.
