My shipment with tracking number 1ZA2320E6804302091, which I ordered through the Fenerbahçe SK app and is being handled by UPS Turkey, has been showing as “out for delivery” in the system since March 10, 2026. However, no one has come to my door, and I have not received any phone call. Despite this, every time I contact customer service, I am told, “Your package was delivered, but you could not be reached.”
They claim that the courier came to my address and was unable to reach me. However, I did not receive any calls, my door was never knocked on, and no notice was left at my apartment. I was also not given clear information about a second delivery attempt. It feels as though the responsibility is being shifted onto me, as if a delivery attempt was made when it actually was not.
I want my package to be delivered properly, in accordance with standard courier procedures — brought to my address and delivered by knocking on my door. Marking the package as “recipient unavailable” in the system without ever coming to the address, and claiming I was called when I was not, is unacceptable. I request that this matter be investigated, that my grievance be addressed, and that my package be delivered to my home as it should be without further delay.
