Zara Order Delayed by UPS: Incorrect Address, Unresponsive Customer Service
I ordered from Zara, and my package was sent via UPS. However, I am unable to reach UPS at their branch—calls go unanswered, and there’s no response. To make matters worse, Zara made an error in the shipping address. This has been extremely frustrating, as I can't get my order delivered, and neither UPS nor Zara seems to be of any help. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the shipping service and the brand’s lack of attention to detail. I’ll never order from Zara again, nor will I use UPS for shipping. This experience has left me completely disillusioned with both companies. Please address this issue immediately!
