UPS Ignored My Complaints and Still Hasn’t Delivered My Apple Shipment
My UPS shipment with tracking number 1ZA5X7006876769537, scheduled for delivery on September 26, has still not been delivered to the address Kahramandere, 836. Sk. No:5, 35310 Güzelbahçe/İzmir.
I have contacted both UPS customer service and their Twitter support team multiple times. Each time, I was told that my package would be delivered soon, yet it has still not arrived.
Additionally, when I requested to pick up the package directly from the branch, I was told that it was not possible. I demand that UPS deliver my package to my address as soon as possible.
I placed my order through Apple and did not pay any extra shipping fee. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and my package to be delivered without further delay.
