My Order Not Delivered by UPS Due to "Address Not Found" Without Any Contact
I recently placed an order with Pandora, but the experience with UPS delivery has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite UPS bringing the package to my city, they delayed getting it out for delivery. Then, without sending any notification via email or SMS, I was informed that the delivery address "could not be found." I requested an address change, but UPS kept me waiting for an additional five days. Today, after calling to check the status, I learned that my package was sent back to Pandora without further attempt to contact me. I am beyond disappointed with UPS for not even attempting to reach me via SMS or call to clarify the address. This is unacceptable. UPS, your delivery team should at least attempt to contact recipients once before returning packages.
