I’m frustrated with UPS for not delivering my package even though my address is accurate. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they have been unable to provide any solutions or updates regarding the delivery.
It’s unacceptable that I have to constantly follow up for a service that should be straightforward. Despite providing all the correct details, my package remains undelivered.
