I Face Consistent Shipping Delays on Zara Orders

The item I ordered from Zara’s online store on September 3 (Order No: 5384*57) was only delivered to me on September 10. Recently, I’ve been experiencing similar delays with all my Zara orders — on average, about a one-week delay for each delivery. My delivery address is Küçükkuyu, Çanakkale.
I’ve previously contacted both Zara and UPS Türkiye customer service, but no solution was offered. I’ve noticed that these delays have become more frequent since UPS Türkiye started handling Zara deliveries.
I request that my future orders be delivered promptly and on time, as expected from a brand like Zara.
