UPS  Worst Company Ever, Pick-up Service Request Ignored

Since UPS Turkey, which is contracted by the company I will send for repair, does not have an agency in the Serik/Belek region, we request a courier to the door. We do, but so far, no one has come and gone for any request opened on behalf of my wife and me. As if this was not enough, they are in a position to say "we were absent, we came but there was no package to be sent" with a false statement. I can swear that it is the most meddlesome cargo company in the world. I take care to stay away.
